Meeting and pickup

  • The entrance you will use is on WEKIVA RIVER RD. If GPS directs you to Deerwood Farms Rd, do NOT turn. Instead, pass Deerwood Farms Rd & continue straight. Turn RIGHT at the stop sign, then immediately RIGHT onto Wekiva River Rd. Look for the brown sign that says Rock Springs Run State Reserve.

  • **Max Weight:** This sliding scale is directly related to the physical requirements needed to maintain safe and appropriate balance while sitting in a saddle. While participants are riding, their center of gravity (and balance) is altered by being elevated in a seated position. We adhere to this requirement because: 1. Participants who fall outside this range are significantly more likely to fall off their horse and injure themselves. 2.
