  • The hot air balloon ride is an optional activity and is not included in the package price. Ticket prices for balloon flights vary depending on the season and demand.   • Hot air balloon flights require optimal weather conditions and may be canceled at any time by the Civil Aviation Authority. Such decisions are made for safety reasons and are final. Cappadocia, with its rich history spanning thousands of years, offers much more than just a balloon flight experience. If your primary reason for visiting Cappadocia is the balloon ride, please be aware that cancellations may occur due to weather conditions.
  • If you have booked your balloon flight ticket through us and the flight is canceled due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.
  • For your comfort, we recommend wearing suitable footwear during the tour.
  • This tour is available in two formats: private or small group tours.
  • A vegetarian meal option is available upon request; please inform us at the time of booking if required.
  • Pick-up service is available from various hotels and addresses in Istanbul.
