Meeting and pickup

Check in at the front desk 30 minutes prior to the tour time. Please be on time. Late arrivals are non-refundable.

All passenger weights MUST be input at time of booking. Maximum weight is 275 lbs. No exceptions. No refunds will be given if over the weight limits.
Check is 30 minutes before the start of the tour time. If you are late no refunds will be issued.
Closed toed shoes are required for all participants. (Crocs and water shoes are okay)
This activity is open to participants aged 6 and up. Non-participants or spectators are welcome to watch the activity free of charge. Transportation fee still applies for aged 6 and up regardless of participation.
All zipline participants with long hair must secure hair back with a hair tie or similar accessory. Please remove any dangling earrings.
No participant in the zipline is permitted to use any other gear (helmet, harness, trolley, etc.) besides what is provided by Coral Crater
Zipline participants are required to hike short distances, ascend and descend stairs, and need to be of average mobility.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
