• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap

• We can accommodate dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc. If you have dietary requirements, please indicate them when booking.
• Cruise ships that mentioned in the itinerary could be changes according to availability, but will be same standard
• We will pick you up from your location in Luxor or Luxor international airport, The driver will be waiting for you , holding a sign with (Lead travel name)
• A copy of clients passports the page which has clients photo to confirm clients bookings in Egypt. A copy of flight tickets to Egypt and back home in case of clients pickup and end of service location is the airport , please indicate them before the tour starting
• Clients will be informed with the name of hotels and cruise ship at least a week before the arrival date
• Type of beds in cruise ships , (Single) 2 beds or large bed, (Double) 2 beds or large bed, (Triple) 2 beds plus extra bed or large bed plus extra bed, please indicate type of beds you want when booking, if you are a family of 3 or any odd number of people all are adults please contact the supplier for extra supplement in the cruise to have extra single room because rooms in all cruises are good enough for 2 adults plus a child or a youth maximum .
• Tour duration is 5 days, tour starting in Luxor and finishing in Aswan
• Please contact our supplier regarding any additional visits or the advance payment of museums and temples entrance fees.
• Kindly make sure that pricing type is correct from the beginning to the end of the tour , from 2 to 3 years old is youth age, from 12 to 13 years old is adult age

If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.
