• When 2 adults share a double room with a child under 6 years old, the child can get a 35% discount. If the child occupies the bed, they will be charged at the same price as an adult.one adult with a child who is the same price as an adult.

• No triple rooms will be arranged for groups of 3 due to the limited amount of triple rooms in European hotels•
• Group notice E-mail will be sent 3 days before departure, including tour guide information, schedule, meeting locations, hotel information etc.•
• Kaytrip has the right to combine the customers of English and Chinese speaking tour in the same bus if any group has fewer travelers. There will be 1 tour leader on tour who will be able to speak both English and Chinese. They will service the customers in the preferred language (Chinese/English).
• The times listed are for reference only. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other force majeure factors. If you have connecting travel plans, we strongly recommend reserving at least 3 extra hours.
• A standard twin room will be booked during the tour but a double bed can be requested as well.
• For elder who are over 70 years old, they must be accompanied by a family participants and fill in"Senior Participant's Statement" before boarding. If they are not accompanied by their family and insist on signing up, our company reserves the right to refuse their orders. All the consequences caused by personal problems during the trip are responsible for themselves.
• Kaytrip owns all copyrights to use and reuse images and videos taken during kaytrip tours.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.
