  • Walking time: The estimated 5–20-minute walk depends on your ship’s berth and your walking pace; slower walkers may need longer. A transfer between your ship and the coach meeting point is not provided.
  • Meeting time: The displayed start time may be adjusted to your ship’s schedule. Please check the final meeting instructions sent before your tour.
  • Assistant coverage: Terminal assistance is provided for Norwegian Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Holland America Line, Carnival, Oceania Cruises. Passengers from other ships should go directly to the coach meeting point. We will send exact instructions a few days prior to your tour.
