• It is important that Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount. An extra 300NTD might be charged for the infant seat. Please inform us in advance.
• Ordering instructions: Since the calculation is based on the number of rooms, if the number of people reaches the booking limit, please place another order and provide the order number in the remarks field. We will try our best to arrange traveling in the same car.
• Latecomers or no-show will not be refunded. Changes made within 24 hours may not be accepted.
• Room types: Double rooms (with one double bed) or quadruple rooms (with two double beds), arranged according to the number of guests. Special requests can be added in the remarks, and the supplier will do their best to accommodate your requests whenever possible.
• If the originally planned hotel is fully booked, guests will be accommodated in another hotel of the same or similar class. If all hotels are fully booked, a full refund will be issued.
• Please note that some hotels in the Alishan area do not have elevators, and rooms may be located on the 3rd or 4th floor. We recommend bringing light luggage.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.
