About this activity

This Kyoto coast tour explores Amanohashidate and Ine Fishing Village at a relaxed pace with time at each stop. Travel through scenic coastal landscapes while experiencing Japan’s iconic views, cultural landmarks, and seaside life.

Visit Amanohashidate, one of Japan’s Three Scenic Views, where a pine-covered sandbar stretches across the sea like a bridge between heaven and earth. Enjoy panoramic viewpoints and the upside-down viewing tradition. Explore Chion-ji Temple, known for academic blessings & fan-shaped omikuji fortune slips.

Continue to Ine Fishing Village, a coastal town with traditional wooden boathouses built over the water, offering a glimpse of Japan’s maritime heritage. Optional relaxation is available at Amanohashidate Onsen (Chie-no-Yu), with hot spring entry & free foot bath access.

Scenic coastal drives connect all stops, making the journey part of the experience. Ideal for Amanohashidate day trip, Ine boathouses, and Kyoto coastal sightseeing from Kyoto or Osaka.
