Meeting and pickup

• Our boats are located in front of the Rijksmuseum at Museumbrug 1. You will recognize our Flagship crew by the orange clothing. If you want to depart from here, make sure you book the option 'Departure Rijksmuseum'.
• Our boats are located in front of Central Station at Prins Hendrikkade 33A. You will recognize our Flagship crew by the orange clothing. If you want to depart from here, make sure you book the option 'Departure Central Station'.
• The departure point is in front of the Anne Frank House. Look for our crew dressed in orange and an orange bike at the dock.

• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
• Service animals allowed
• Public transportation options are available nearby
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• It is colder on the water, please bring warm clothing and don't get surprised by the chilly Dutch weather
• You are always welcome to cancel your ticket if it rains and you'd rather stay inside :)
• If you are unhappy with your experience, please let us know, or come by the office.We strive to be the best in Amsterdam, and if this was not the case, we would be happy to discuss a full refund of your ticket price.

• No bachelor / birthday party groups allowed, please call us for a private boat option
• Tour available for free for infants (0-2 years old)
• No toilets available on board
• Please be aware that the points of interest on the route may slightly vary depending on the departure point chosen
