In a beautiful villa right by Mozart's Bridge, with breathtaking views of Salzburg's Fortress, you'll stretch apple strudel dough paper-thin by hand, fill and roll it yourself — then enjoy it warm from the oven with vanilla ice cream. Plus, you'll create a beautiful Austrian pastry of the day.

  • Apple Strudel Studio is by Mozart’s Bridge, Imbergstr. 2, 5020 Salzburg (2nd house left). Entrance on the street side; ring our doorbell. 3rd floor by stairs or lift. Arriving by car? Parkgarage Barmherzige Brüder is your safest bet. Arriving 5 min early is plenty!
