We monitor your flights for landing time and dispatch drivers according to landing time at Heathrow Airport. We do not charge for flight delays.

You can request a Southampton Cruise port pickup for the time given on the Cruise itinerary.

Price given here is for a vehicle not per person.

Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
Passengers can request their own pickup time after 60,75,90 and 120 minutes after flight landed time to avoid waiting charges. If we did not recive special instructions in advance, a driver will be dispatched after 60 minutes from flight landed time.
Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Airport. Thereafter £10.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Cruise port / Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 15 minutes free waiting time available. Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.
If passengers need more time to get through immigration checks, They must contact us within 40 minutes of joining the line in order of us to keep driver waiting.

Cruise Port meeting point : Out side the arrival hall at passenger drop off/pickup point
Hotel near Airport or Cruise port pickup / drop off available.

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
