Meeting and pickup

• You are required to travel to the meeting point independently. Please remember to pick up your ticket between 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM at ICONSIAM Pier number 1. Cruise depart from ICONSIAM Pier number 2 at 8:15 p.m. Be at the meet-up location 30 minutes before the scheduled activity time.

• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
• This tour involves a dinner cruise with slow sailing, allowing ample time to enjoy the views. Due to the distance between locations, the total time on the boat is 2 hours, including the time from departure to return.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
