Meeting and pickup

  • AIRBNB & "HOTELS NOT LISTED" GUESTS, pickup will be on the oceanside of the park in a small parking lot next to Hilo Bay Cafe. Parking is free to public and look for a black 15 passenger van with the decals "Makaio Tours."
  • Pickup will be in the small commercial parking lot next to Baggage Claim C&D, look for the nicest black 15 passenger van with the company decals "Makaio Tours."
  • CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS MEETING LOCATION: When departing the ship you will enter a large terminal building. Look for a Hawaiian Guide holding the sign "Makaio Tours." If you have exited the building, you've gone too far. We won't leave without you!
