Black History and Civil Rights Tour

About this activity

Whether you're a first-time visitor or a curious local, Chit Chat Atlanta Tours offers more than sightseeing—it’s a journey into the culture, courage, and creativity that define the city. Let Atlanta tell you her story. You just have to walk it. Discover the Soul of Atlanta with Chit Chat Atlanta Tours

There's more to Atlanta than what’s written in textbooks.

On the Black History & Civil Rights Tour, guests walk the same streets where Dr. King was born, preached, marched, and organized. You'll stand before Ebenezer Baptist Church, explore Sweet Auburn Avenue, and stroll along the Civil Rights Walk of Fame. Yet the deeper magic lies off the beaten path—in the halls of Booker T. Washington High School where King was educated, at legendary soul food spots like Paschal’s where strategies were made over collard greens, and at Morehouse College, where young Martin found his voice.
