This is a guided road and ferry tour in an air-conditioned bus. It is not a cruise or boat tour.
Departs Hobart at 7am. Returns approximately 5:30pm.
Your specific pickup time and location is confirmed after booking. Pickup from locations other than the main Hobart meeting point may be earlier than 7am.
Bring warm layers and a rain jacket. Bruny Island is often cooler than Hobart, in all seasons.
Wear comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes.
Bring a small day bag or backpack. Suitcases and large bags cannot be accommodated on the bus.
Bring a reusable water bottle. Water is available on the bus for refills throughout the day.
Dietary requirements must be noted at time of booking.
Children under 5 cannot climb Cape Bruny Lighthouse stairs. They may visit the Cape Bruny Lighthouse Museum and walk inside at the base under adult supervision.
Three fitness options at Truganini Lookout: 279 stairs to the top, a mid-level lookout, or a flat boardwalk to the beach.
