Choose Óbuda, the city's oldest quarter, built over Roman ruins, where a working butcher shop, a restaurant with over 125 years of history and a local cafe unfold across 8 tastings of Hungarian sausage, lángos, fánk and homemade strudel.

Or choose Downtown Budapest, where grand boulevards and Baroque courtyards frame 8 tastings of hearty gulyás soup, crispy lángos, tangy pickled vegetables and Hungarian meats, finished with chimney cake and a small Hungarian beer.

Both routes are led by a guide who treats every stop like their own neighbourhood, and both hide a Secret Dish along the way, a local favourite we won't name until it's in front of you.
