About this activity

☕ Farmers, not factories. Forest, not cages.

This isn't a coffee lesson. It's a day inside a Karen farming family's forest, where coffee ripens slowly in the shade and nothing is rushed.

• Leave something growing: plant a coffee tree that keeps growing long after you fly home

• Meet the people behind your cup: the family who grows this coffee walks the forest with you

• Off the tour-bus map: city hotel pickup, then a 4WD up a steep mountain dirt road

• Roast it yourself: hand-crank a drum roaster over the flame, from green bean to fragrant roast

• Brew it yourself: make your own V60 pour-over, step by step

• Never a crowd: two groups of 8, one in the forest, one at the roaster, then you swap

Go home with the coffee you roasted, and a tree that's still growing.
