Guests aged 8 years and above are charged at the adult rate. Participants under 20 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or have parental consent.

Handmade souvenirs are provided depending on the selected ticket tier. The number and value of souvenirs may vary by ticket type.

Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should inform us in advance at the time of booking. While we will do our best to assist, allergen-free meals cannot be guaranteed due to the festival dining environment.

Ticket prices are valid only for the event date selected, either 24 or 25 November 2026.

The lantern release and event program may be adjusted due to weather conditions, safety regulations, or event operations.

For Premium and Elite tickets, hotel pickup is provided within Chiang Mai City. Please provide your hotel name and location before the festival date.
If the operator must cancel the event, you will be notified in advance and offered an alternative date, an alternative activity, or a full refund.
