About this activity

Create your own piece of Chinese art in a calm, small-group workshop guided by an experienced instructor. You’ll choose between painting a fan or decorating a traditional lantern using Chinese ink and calligraphy, and take home a handmade souvenir. With group sizes limited, the experience is relaxed, beginner-friendly, and a refreshing cultural break from busy sightseeing.

  • The Chinatown Cultural Center is at 新华路 359，长宁区，上海, located inside Wgt Veggie 五观堂素食. Please arrive a few minutes early and inform the receptionist you are here for a cultural workshop, you will be guided to the workshop room. Please contact us if you can’t find the place.
