Led by an expert guide, you will venture into two of the most haunted places on the planet – the South Bridge Vaults AND the Covenanter’s Prison in Greyfriars Graveyard. The Covenanter's Prison is home to the Mackenzie Poltergeist, the best documented supernatural case of all time and only City of the Dead Tours has the key!

Meeting and pickup

  • Tours leave from the tree on the pavement at the side of St Giles' Cathedral on the Royal Mile. NOT THE FRONT! (The map has us on the wrong side of the church and we can't change it!) Please arrive at meeting point 10 minutes prior to departure. Please contact us if you're unable to join your tour.
