• The last bus serving Poble Espanyol (Stop 9) and Bellver Castle (Stop 10) is the one departing from Stop 1 at 5:15pm, arriving at Poble Espanyol at approximately 5:35pm and at Bellver Castle at approximately 5:45pm. As a general rule, the last bus at the castle departs downhill at 5:45pm
• Bus stops closed on Mondays: Hotel Valparaiso, Fundacio Pilar i Joan Miro, Palacio Marivent, Es Baluard.
• Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour and can be redeemed at any of the stops along the route. With your voucher, enjoy flexible access for up to 12 months from the travel date you select at check-out.
• Please note that changes to times, frequencies and stops may occur with little to no notice due to the changing situation.
• Bellver Castle Opening Hours (included in the Supreme ticket only):
• October - March: Tuesday to Saturday: 10am - 6pm, Sundays & Bank Holidays: 10am - 3pm. Monday: Closed
• April - September: Tuesday to Saturday: 10am - 7pm, Sundays & Bank Holidays: 10am - 3pm (please be aware that entry to Bellver Castle is free on Sundays). Monday: Closed
• The Bellver Castle ticket can be used on a different day to the bus
• Spanish Village (included in the Supreme ticket only): April - October: 10am - 6pm. November - March: 9am - 5pm
• CaixaForum (included in the Supreme ticket only): Monday - Sunday and Bank Holidays: 10am - 8pm
• Museu Es Baluard (included in the Supreme ticket only): Tuesday - Saturday: 10am - 8pm, Sundays: 10am - 3pm. Mondays: Closed
• Entry to San Carlos Castle (included in the Supreme ticket only): Tuesday - Sunday: 10am - 2pm. Closed Mondays. Wednesdays: free entry
• Guided visit to the Maritime Museum (included in the Supreme ticket only): Visits are on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Please ask for times at the bus stop

• If you select the Supreme Experience ticket, you will get the choice of Mallorca Elements Immersive Experience or the boat tour
• Mallorca Elements Immersive Experience: Takes place in the historic Church of the Sacred Hearts, located at Carrer de Sant Gaieta, 9, Palma de Mallorca. Show times: 1:15pm, 3pm and 6pm. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your preferred timeslot. Duration: 30 minutes
• Boat Tour: Departs hourly from 11am - 5pm, Monday to Saturday from Escalera Real. Ticket includes a small bottle of water. Ticket access: Customers must first stop by the booth located next to the boarding area before boarding the vessel. There, they will be given the boat boarding pass and the voucher for the included refreshment (the small bottle of water)
• Poble Espanyol will be closed and Stop 9 will be out of service throughout Wednesday 28th, Thursday 29th and Friday 30th October
• The boat service will not operate on Friday 30th October. Customers who have purchased a ticket with the boat included, can attend the Mallorca Elements show instead
