Welcome to Island Organics Samui - Join famed chef Lat for the day and learn how to prepare and cook traditional Thai in our purpose built Thai cookery kitchen. The most hands on experience ever - you will prep & cook yourself !

You will also learn to make curry pastes, coconut cream, herbal drinks plus tour our organic micro-farm as part of your Thai cookery experience on Koh Samui. Our gardens are our fresh market ! Meeting and pickup

  • 10AM @ 'LOTUS go FRESH' opposite TEMBO Beach Resort & follow our staff 3km to our property. If being dropped off, tell us in advance so we can send our car to take you to our place. * We can also book a van & is less cost than taxi's & is direct to our place. * This will save you time and money :)
