During the class, you will learn fundamental movements, attacks, defenses, body movement, and the dynamics of Capoeira. You will discover how rhythm and music are an essential part of the practice, guiding the movements and the flow.

Come ready to move! This is an active, beginner-level class where you will take part in the physical practice. You don't need previous experience, special flexibility, or a particular fitness level. Just come with an open mind, willingness to move, try something new, and enjoy the experience.
