Follow the narrow stone streets of Diocletian's Palace as we uncover tales of murders, executions, witches, heretics, forbidden love, brothels, epidemics, political intrigue, wars, and other dark chapters that shaped Split through the centuries. Every story is based on real people and real events, bringing the city's past vividly to life.

Along the way, we'll visit hidden corners and lesser-known spots that many visitors—and even some locals—never discover.

We'll finish the tour on Split's beautiful seaside promenade, where you can relax with a cold Croatian craft beer included in the experience.

Meeting and pickup

  • We meet in front of a coffee shop called "4Coffee Soul Food", it has the best coffee in town, so if you need one you can grab it before we start. It's usually closed during afternoons so sometimes it's can be a bit tricky spotting it.
