About this activity

During this full-day experience, you will be able to become familiar with some well-known Italian brands and delicacies born in Emilia-Romagna.

We will pick you up with a minivan directly at your place in Bologna, Modena or Florence (please choose a correct tour option) in the morning and let your perfect day begin. We will visit local producers to learn something new about the production processes of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Lambrusco sparkling wine. After all the tours, you’ll taste the products to discover their typical flavors.

Your experience wouldn't be complete without visiting Ferrari Museum, so to see the most famous supercar brand of all time, Ferrari. And, of course, without having lunch in a picturesque estate situated among the gentle hills of the Modena area.

At the end of the day, the driver will take you back to your place.

When select SELF DRIVE OPTION, you have to travel with your OWN car. NO TRANSFER is included

Meeting and pickup

  • When select an option with pickup from a meeting point, you'll need to reach the meeting point, P.zza XX Settembre in front of NH De La Gare Hotel's main entrance, Bologna on your own. The van leaves at 08:55 am and will not wait for the late comers.
  • Meeting point for option "NO TRANSFER-self drive mode", no pickup or transfer is included in the option. Full day food tour with your own car, meet the local producers direct at meeting points.

  • The order of the visits may change
  • All the visits and tastings will be held by the local producers' staff, no private guide is included
  • The visits will be held in the countryside farms, make sure you have appropriate clothing and footwear. Inside the cellar / storage / etc the temperature could be low even during summer period.
  • The exact pickup time will be communicated by the operator in a separate message, please make sure to leave a cell number with any messenger
  • When you select option "NO TRANSFER-Full day own car", it means that no pickup or transfer between the locations are included. You will need a car to take the tour with this option.
  • Pickup from a meeting point will be from P.za XX Settembre, the square in front of NH De La Gare hotel's main entrance, just a 5-minute walk from Bologna central train station. The van leaves at 08:55 am, and will not wait for late comers. If you arrive late to the meeting point because of train or other transportation delays, we won’t be able to accommodate you, to send a refund or to reschedule the tour to another day. We kindly suggest planning extra time for your journey to avoid any issues.
