It is essential to follow these instructions to the letter for the correct execution of the tour and to avoid misunderstandings about the meeting point. • How to check-in: Download the WhatsApp application and send a screenshot of the reservation to the number: + 39 347 342 5557. Ensure that the following are clearly legible: Owner's name, Date, Time, and exact number of participants. • Phone and Connection: Make sure your phone is always charged and with an active internet connection for the entire duration of the activity. • Phone Number: Use only the number provided at the time of the reservation for communications. If you had to change it, communicate it promptly during check-in. ATTENTION: If the immediate pre-check-in is not made via WhatsApp, the company will not be responsible for any logistical problems and no refund will be granted in case of no-show.

It will guide you with complete safety: it is not possible to request last-minute schedule changes or arbitrary modifications to the program during the excursion. • Weather in the Low Season: In the low season months, sailing is regular even with variable weather and sea conditions (rough sea, wind, or cloudy sky), always within the limits of absolute safety. An adventurous spirit is required. In case of completely prohibitive weather, you will be contacted by the company for a date change or a refund.
