  • Important: This tour is a motorcycle for 2 passengers, the driver and his companion. If 3 people book, it would be a motorcycle for 2 people and the other person would go on a single motorcycle. It only applies to odd-numbered groups.
  • The excursion start time is based on local time. We allow a 25-minute grace period for passengers. If they do not arrive at the assigned meeting points within this time, the reservation will be marked as a “no show,” and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Please note that the cenote and El Cedral village are not owned or managed by our company. They are part of an ejido park administered by the local authorities, who are fully responsible for its cleaning, maintenance, and overall upkeep. Our company only provides the tour service and pays the required fees to operate at this location.
