Tours may also occasionally be conducted in English and one additional language by a multilingual guide. If you arrive and are not comfortable with the larger group or bilingual format, you may leave no later than the end of the second stop and receive a full refund. Please inform your guide before leaving. If you choose to continue beyond the second stop, this full refund option will no longer apply. In particular, guests who complete the tour and consumed all the food and wine at all stops cannot afterwards request a refund under this policy solely because of the group size or bilingual format. Infants must sit on lap for this free option (no stroller could be bought on the tour for the free option else a regular rate applies). Please message us in advanced if you would like to book a private tour option. Please note that all services and communication on holidays will be conducted in English.
