• Departing from outside of Haeundae Station Exit 5.
• Departing from outside of Seomyeon Station Exit 12.
• Departing from outside of KTX Busan Station(Not subway station) Exit 1.

• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• The tour is operated in rainy or snowy or windy weather.
• Cancellation and refunds are not available within 24 hours of departure time for the following reasons: sudden illness, flight delay, weather changes such as rain, snow, or wind, personal reasons, incorrect booking, or other cases where there are no issues with the tour operation.
• Infants(0-2) are free of charge, only if they do not occupy their own seats.
• Please arrive at your meeting point at least 5-10 minutes before departure. Please note that latecomers or no-shows can NOT be refunded.
• The type of vehicle may differ depending on the number of participants.
• The exact itinerary might be slightly changed, depending on the traffic and weather conditions.(e.g. The drop-off time is subject to weather, traffic conditons.)
• Please discuss the size & number of your luggage in advance with us, if you are going to bring yours.
• "The unforeseen events for rescheduling or a refund": The Political Situations, An Extreme Weather, and some other unexpected events in the destination. This does not indicate "The participants' sudden sickness", "The bad weather, as in rainy or snowy".
• The exact drop-off time & location are subject to weather and traffic conditions on the day of tour.
• Pets cannot be accommodated.
• To avoid heavy traffic, your tour group will not be returning to Busan KTX Station at the end. If you want, please take a subway at Seomyeon Station, one of drop-off sites.
• Hwanho Park(Space Walk) can be closed for the weather condition.

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
