If the tour does not meet the minimum number of visitors, the activity provider may cancel up to the day before the tour, offer the tour at another time, or transfer you to an English or bilingual (Spanish/English) tour.
*In the event that you need to cancel your tour, you will have a 100% penalty per person.
It is prohibited to enter with backpacks or bags larger than 40x40 cm. A free left-luggage service is made available to visitors upon presentation of the official ticket for the day. The visitor has two points where this service is offered: Access Pavilion. Building next to the Puerta del Vino. However, due to the limitation of units, these services can only be provided until existing availability is exhausted.
Important information: It is mandatory to present the original ID, passport or identity card indicated on the reservation. In case of non-presentation, access to the monument may be denied and no refund will be made.
• If the tour does not meet the minimum number of visitors, the activity provider may cancel until the day before the tour, offer the tour at another time, or transfer you to a bilingual tour (Spanish/English)
Late arrivals: The visit will start punctually at the scheduled time. If you arrive after the tour has started, the guide will leave your tickets at Café-Bar Polinario so you can take the tour on your own. Once the tour has started, the guide will not be able to answer calls or messages.
