About this activity

Authentic Ghanaian Ambiance

Music: Depending on the day, we would have LIVE band or recorded highlife, afrobeats, or traditional Ghanaian drumming in the background.

Diverse Menu of Ghanaian Delicacies

A curated menu showcasing staples like jollof rice, fufu with light soup, waakye, banku with tilapia, kakro (plantain fritters), kelewele (spicy fried plantains), and more.

Interactive Food Experience

Cooking Demonstration: Guests can participate in preparing simple dishes like kelewele.

Ghanaian Beverage Pairing

Expect to be served authentic drinks like palm wine and sobolo (hibiscus drink). A signature Efie Lounge cocktail inspired by Ghanaian flavours will also be served

Photo Opportunities

A cameraman will be around so you can cherish the moments. We would offer mini souvenirs like kente bookmarks or small packets of Ghanaian spices.
