Meeting and pickup

• Your tour departs from Kaibo Restaurant Pier, located at 585 Water Cay Road. Please arrive 15 minutes before your confirmed departure time.
• Your tour will depart from Captain Marvin's dock, located at Raleigh Quay. Please be here 15 minutes before your trip time.

Good to know

• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• Tour Duration: Allow approximately three hours from pickup to return. The boat experience lasts approximately two hours from dock to dock.
• Moon Phase Schedule: Tours operate according to moon phases to provide the best possible viewing conditions. Some weeks may not be available.
• Seasonal Departure: Departure times vary throughout the year so the experience takes place after dark. Your exact time will be confirmed after booking.
• Hotel Pickup: Transportation is available only from selected accommodations within the Seven Mile Beach corridor. Provide your full hotel name at the time of booking.
• Raleigh Quay Meeting Point: Guests arriving independently, staying outside the pickup area, or without hotel information provided at booking must meet at Raleigh Quay Dock.
• Kaibo Meeting Point: Guests staying near Cayman Kai, Rum Point, or the eastern side of the island may meet directly at Kaibo Restaurant Pier.
• Optional Swimming: Entering Bioluminescent Bay is optional. Guests may enjoy the phenomenon from the boat instead.
• Protect Bio Bay: Do not apply sunscreen, insect repellent, lotions, oils, or other skin products before entering the water, as these substances can damage the fragile ecosystem.
• Natural Phenomenon: Bioluminescence varies in brightness and intensity each night according to environmental conditions.
• Images: Photos are illustrative and are often captured with professional equipment under optimal conditions. The glow during your visit may appear different.
• Wildlife: Sea stars and other marine animals must remain underwater and may not be touched, lifted, or removed from their natural habitat.
• Equipment: A snorkel, mask, and life vest are provided. Fins are not included.
• Wetsuits: Wetsuits are available in adult size small and larger.
• Food & Drinks: Guests may bring their own food and beverages. Glass containers are not permitted onboard.
• Weather: The tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and come prepared.
• Weather Protection: If the Port Authority closes the port due to adverse weather conditions, choose between rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
• Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Swimming Ability: Guests choosing to enter Bio Bay should feel comfortable swimming in open water. Life vests are provided.
• Children Under 3: Flotation devices are not available for children under three. Parents or guardians must bring an appropriate flotation device.

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
