Milton, our founder and chef, personally leads every class with pure love and passion for his heritage. First, explore Antigua's lively market together to sample exotic fruits and fresh produce—opportunities most travelers miss on their own.

Afterwards, step into our cozy family home and rooftop kitchen to cook 5 authentic recipes learned directly from Milton's grandmother (3 main courses and 2 sides), all with breathtaking views of active Fuego Volcano. To maintain a warm, intimate atmosphere, groups are kept small with a maximum of 10 participants. Enjoy a personalized, hands-on experience with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available!

No experience needed—at Foodietenango cooking is easy and fun for everyone, including kids! Whether you're a beginner or a foodie, we make sure you enjoy every single step.
