Meeting and pickup

Applies only to travelers who booked the "Meet at Port" option. Please be ready at the meeting point by 11:20 AM. Your tour guide will meet you between 11:20 AM and 11:40 AM. As the cruise departs on schedule, we are unable to wait for late arrivals.
Applies only to travelers who booked the "Tour Starts from Hanoi" option. If staying outside Hanoi Old Quarter, please come to 160 Tran Quang Khai Street. Pickup: 7:55–8:15 AM. Be ready by 7:55 AM. Morning traffic can be heavy, so leave early. The bus departs on time and can't wait for late arrivals
