• The Tour departs from Big Bus Stop #1: Neptune Fountain located on Plaza de Canovas del Castillo, Centro, 28014 Madrid. The departure point is located at the tourist bus stop in front of the Madrid Tourist kiosk. The nearest subway station is Banco de España, L2.

• Please arrive at your chosen departure location at least 15 minutes before departure and present your booking confirmation to a Big Bus Tours staff member.
• Tours are led by expert bilingual guides, with commentary provided in both English and Spanish.
• Enjoy approximately 2 hours of free time in Toledo to explore the city at your own pace.
• An optional guided visit to Santo Tomé Church, including El Greco's famous The Burial of the Count of Orgaz, is available for an additional €9 per person.
• Comfortable footwear is recommended, and we suggest bringing a hat, sunscreen, water, and a camera.
• The tour is not fully wheelchair accessible. Service animals are welcome, but pets are not permitted.
• Coaches are air-conditioned and include storage space for wheelchairs and strollers; however, they do not have toilets, refreshments, luggage storage, or opening windows. Smoking, eating, and drinking are not permitted on board.
