Meeting and pickup

  • If your cruise ship arrives at Halong International Cruise Port, we can arrange the tour departure from the same port. You can simply walk from your cruise ship to our meeting point, which takes approximately 5 minutes.
  • 11:30 AM Option – No Transfer Included This option does not include shuttle bus or transfers to/from the harbor. Guests should make their own way to Tuan Chau Marina, where the cruise departs at 11:30 AM.
  • 8:00 AM Option – Hanoi Old Quarter Pickup Included This option includes a shared shuttle bus from Hanoi Old Quarter. Hotel pickup is available from hotels located within Hanoi Old Quarter or from Hanoi Opera House, between approximately 7:30–8:10 AM, depending on your hotel location.
