Meeting and pickup

• The meeting point will be at 9:30AM in front of B&B Hotel Como City Center, Viale Innocenzo XI, Como.
• Piazza della Repubblica, at the corner with Via Turati, in front of the Fidenza Village newspaper kiosk, behind the blue and orange "IP" petrol station

• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
• Public transportation options are available nearby
• Specialized infant seats are available
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• Clients must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. In case of delay, no refund will be provided.
• For non-EU citizens, it is mandatory to carry the original PASSPORT, while EU citizens only need the original ID card.
• To prevent you from wasting time in traffic and to allow you to stay longer in Lugano, it is possible that the return from Lugano for clients returning to Como will be done by train - we will provide train tickets the same day at our expense.
• In case of weather, safety or operational issues the private boat may be replaced by public transport and itineraries may be adjusted without affecting the tour experience.
• Departure times or itinerary changes may occur for safety reasons or other factors beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for valuables left on the bus.
• Due to the uneven roads in Bellagio and Como, the tour is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
