Learn about the route that King Alfonso XIII took when the Conde del Guadalhorce dam was inaugurated at the start of the 20th century. Following a 15-year renovation project, the Caminito del Rey is once again open. Once a hazardous path, it is now completely safe and accessible to hikers of all skill levels. You can experience expansive views of breathtaking natural settings as you stroll along this historic road. While traveling, stop for lunch at a nearby restaurant.
