Discover the art of sushi-making with a local twist in the nostalgic streets near Nagoya Station. This hands-on experience is perfect for learning how to prepare authentic sushi in a relaxed, friendly environment.

Visit a local supermarket to pick up fresh ingredients before heading to a cozy retro café run by a long-standing tea shop. Learn to make three types of sushi: Temari sushi (bite-sized sushi), Maki sushi (traditional rolled sushi), and Temaki sushi (hand-rolled sushi cones).

Finish by enjoying your handmade sushi with a warm bowl of traditional clear soup.
