Discover the "Invisible Stories" of Hiroshima

This small-group tour (max 6 guests), led by a licensed local guide, connects the historic Peace Memorial Park with the peaceful 9th-century Mitaki-dera Temple.

After a short introduction in the city center, we take a local bus outside the city center to discover the "invisible stories" of Hiroshima.

Through seven unique experiences—ring the temple bell, touch memorial water in peace ceremonies, walk on atomic-bombed tram stones, and reflect on what peace means to you—you'll connect deeply with Hiroshima's history and spirit of peace.

Leave the tourist areas for meaningful conversation and a personal journey.

Not included

  • ✕Walking can make you thirsty, so we recommend bringing bottled water or other drinks to stay hydrated during the walk or at breaks.

Meeting and pickup

  • Walk from Atomic Bomb Dome with river on your right. Cross Motoyasu Bridge to Rest House (retro 3-story building). Find me by the river-side entrance in front of "Fuel Hall" board with 2 photos. I'll have a "Mitaki Peace Tour" sign. (Restrooms inside.)
