On this private six-hour tour, explore the island with a local guide born and raised in Hiroshima while discovering its history, traditions and connection with nature. Visit the Great Torii Gate, UNESCO-listed Itsukushima Shrine and peaceful Daishoin Temple.

Along the way, your guide will share the history, traditions and beliefs behind the island’s beautiful scenery, helping you discover more than the famous sights alone.

As this is a fully private tour, you can walk at your own pace and spend more time at the places that interest you. Lunch is usually enjoyed on Miyajima, with help from your guide in finding a restaurant that suits your tastes.
