Meeting and pickup

  • Boarding is from 8:00-8:15am at 55 York Street (right in front of Tim Hortons), tour departs at 8:30am. All guests are required to check in at least 15 minutes prior to departure for boarding

  • Seat Requirement: All infants and toddlers traveling on our vehicles are required to occupy their own seat. For safety purposes, they must be secured in a government-approved car seat or booster seat appropriate for their age, height, and weight.
  • If guest adds on the Hornblower Niagara Cruise, and it is not in operation, we will substitute it with the Journey Behind the Falls. Typically the boat operates between May and October although circumstances beyond our control may prevent this from happening.
