Meeting and pickup

  • Meet your guide at Casino Niagara, 5847 Falls Avenue, outside the main entrance near Hard Rock Cafe. Your guide will hold a Fallsview Tours sign. Don’t go to the boat without your guide; we have pre-reserved passes. Arrive at least 10 minutes early to stay on schedule.

  • Ponchos are available on City Cruises Boat. You will get close to the waterfall. Be prepared to get wet
  • Parking is limited in Niagara Falls and lots often fill up by mid day. We suggest taking an Uber or Taxi to the meeting point. However, there are a number of paid parking lots in the area, the closest being on Hiram Street
