Meeting and pickup

  • South Terminal boat ramp is 5-10mins minute walk from the Royal Watler Cruise Ship Terminal located across Bay shore mall. If you do not see the boat or a representative at the meeting location, please call us.

  • Primary meeting location is South terminal if it's occupied by cruise ship tender tour departs from the Balboa Boat Ramp which is approximately 5 to 10 minutes along the waterfront toward the Balboa Boat Ramp, located across from the Waterfront Centre and next to Sandbar restaurant.
  • Not recommended for people with mobility impairments, heart problems and motion sickness
  • Not recommended for the people with respiratory issues
  • People should bend their knees as they board a moving boat with some stairs.
