  • ✕Each vehicle includes a set luggage allowance. A flat £15 charge applies for reasonable excess luggage carried in the passenger compartment, subject to driver discretion and vehicle capacity limits.
  • ✕For address pickups, free waiting time is 15 mins; for train stations, 30 mins. If delayed beyond this, waiting charges apply: £15 (0–15m), £20 (16–30m), £25 (31–45m), £30 (46–60m), £40 (61–90m).
