  • Pizza size is based on group size: personal pizza for 1-2 passengers, medium pizza for 3-4, and large pizza for groups of 5. For groups larger than 5, the pizza size will be adjusted accordingly as per descripted in this note
  • As a natural heat source, the temperature does not remain constant. Therefore, the chef may choose to use charcoal to ensure proper pizza cooking.
  • If you would like to rent a horse to help you climb the volcano, you may do so for an additional cost that must be paid directly to the horse owners. The usual cost ranges from Q250 to Q300 per way.
  • Please note that if you ask the guide or any staff member to take photos with your phone, you do so at your own risk. While they are happy to assist, photography is not part of their responsibilities, and we cannot be held liable for any accidental damage involving personal devices.
