Over 14+ tastings, we'll explore Antigua, slipping between colonial streets, sizzling street carts and neighbourhood eateries to discover the city locals know. Tackle a gloriously messy shuco, unwrap pork tamales and chuchitos, and sit down to three of Guatemala's great traditional stews: pepián, jocón and pulique.
