Meeting and pickup

• Tour option for the (All Inclusive – Catamaran). If you don't need our pick-up, please meet us at CoCo Pier by 9:20 a.m. The Boat Departs at approx 9:40 - 9:50 a.m.
• Tour option for the (Comfort - Catarman Speedboat). If you don't need our pick-up, please meet us at at Pier near to Ratsada by 9:50 a.m. The Boat Departs at approx 10:05 - 10:15 a.m.
• Tour option for the (Premium - Royal Phuket Marina). If you don't need our pick-up, please meet us at Royal Phuket Marina by 8:40 a.m. The Boat Departs at approx 9:00 - 9:05 a.m. However you are required to arrive on time at 08:35 AM as boat will depart without you if you are late.
• Tour option for the (Phuket - Depart from AA Marina). If you don't need our pick-up, please meet us at AA Marina by 8:40 a.m. The Boat Departs around 9:15 - 9:35 a.m. However you are required to arrive on time at 08:40 AM as boat will depart without you if you are late.

Good to know

• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• Physical Requirements: Not wheelchair accessible. Not suitable for pregnant women or travelers with back, heart, or serious medical conditions.
• Age Limits: For safety, we cannot board passengers under 1 year or over 70 years old.
• Infants: Must sit on laps (no high chairs available).
• Cruise Ship Guests: This tour is not suitable for cruise passengers due to tight scheduling. We cannot be held liable for missed departures.
• Maya Bay: Swimming is prohibited inside the bay for reef protection. Note: The bay usually closes for recovery from August to September.
• Wildlife: Monkey sightings are likely but not guaranteed. Interactions are kept at a safe distance from the boat for your safety.
• Boat Capacity: AA Marina approx. 42 - 45 guests, Royal Phuket Marina approx. 39 - 45 guests, Comfort Catamaran approx. 28-30 guests and All Inclusive – Catamaran Speed Boat 45 - 70 Pax
• Remote Zones: Free pickup for Pa Klok and Mai Khao is only included in the 'Signature - Royal Phuket Marina' option. For other options, a private transfer fee applies.
• Steep Locations: If your hotel is on a high-slope mountain, you must meet the driver at the main road for pickup.
• Deadlines: Please provide your hotel name/address by 8:00 PM the night before. Check your email or WhatsApp for your confirmed pickup time.
• Essentials: Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, beach towel, and a waterproof bag.
• Attire: Wear your swimsuit under your clothes. The boat toilet is small and not ideal for changing.
• Motion Sickness: Free seasick pills are available at the lounge. Please consult a doctor before use if you have health concerns.
• Extras: Soft drinks and fruit are free, but beach chair rentals or alcohol at Khai Island are sold by local vendors and are not included.
• Remote Pickup Fee: A private van surcharge applies to Mai Khao and Pa Klok for the AA/Catarman options.
• Please be informed that Maya Bay will be closed every year from 1st August through 30th September for environmental restoration. While this may impact your plans, it’s a crucial effort to preserve the area’s natural beauty.
• Catamaran Speedboat Transfer: Free pickup from Patong, Kata, Karon, Kamala & Phuket Town. ฿200/person (min. 2) or ฿1,400/private van: Surin, Bang Tao, Laguna, Mai Khao & Nai Yang. Chalong & Rawai: ฿200/person or ฿1,400/private van. Nai Harn: Private van only, ฿1,400.
• All-Inclusive – Catamaran: Includes hotel pickup from most Phuket areas, National Park fees, meals, and tour guide photos. Route includes Phi Phi Islands, Maya Bay, Bamboo Island & Maiton Island instead of Khai Island.
• Boat type and passenger capacity may occasionally vary depending on operational requirements, sea conditions, and safety considerations. On certain days, we may use a larger and heavier boat with a higher maximum capacity to provide better stability and comfort. For example, the standard boat may accommodate around 39 passengers, while a larger boat may accommodate up to 55 passengers. The actual number of guests onboard may therefore vary.
• Due to the potential for discomfort on our bumpy ride, we have age restrictions for passengers under 1 and over 70.
• Travelers with heart problems, lung diseases, mobility issue, back, spinal problem or other serious medical conditions are not permitted.
• We have the rights to reject customer due to medical conditions or pregnant travelers without refunds
• Due to insurance limitations, accident insurance does not apply to serious medical conditions, pregnant travelers, or individuals under the age of 1 or over the age of 70.
• To ensure guest safety and insurance eligibility, please confirm the following prior to the start of the tour: no passenger in your group should be aged 70 or over, under 1 year old, or pregnant. Additionally, please verify that no guests have medical conditions related to the back, heart, lungs, or mobility. Please be aware that accident insurance coverage will not apply to any incidents related to any pre-existing conditions.

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
