Take in the beautiful Arizona Sonoran Desert at golden hour like never before! Floating 2,000-5,000 feet over the desert in a hot air balloon, the 360 degree unobstructed views and peacefulness of flight is breathtaking. Following your 45-60 minute hot air balloon flight, guests are treated to chilled champagne (or sparkling cider) and a fruit + cheese plate in the desert, the perfect end to the day.

Roundtrip hotel transportation is available, if the option is selected. Pick up is available from home and hotel locations in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, Mesa, Arcadia and Cave Creek (if within 30 minutes of our check-in location).

Meeting and pickup

When entering at 7th Ave and Deer Valley Road, make an immediate left at the T in the road. Follow the 3 white signs that say “Balloon Ride Parking” down towards the Civil Air Patrol Building. Turn right at the CAP Building and park in the parking spots marked “Balloon Ride Parking”.

Comfortable casual clothing is always recommended on our ballooning excursions, as we are enjoying nature in a desert environment. The temperature in the balloon is about the same as on the ground, so be sure to dress appropriately for the day’s anticipated temperatures. On any given day we recommend closed toe shoes, a light jacket, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses and a camera
To ensure a safe hot air ballooning experience, passengers may not be pregnant at the time of flight, or have had recent surgery or broken bones, and should be able to stand for the duration of the flight (approximately 60 minutes). One should be able to jump off the second step of a ladder and be in good general health. All passengers are required to complete a waiver of liability before the tour.
