About this activity

Your chef will arrive directly at your accommodation and transform your kitchen into a welcoming cooking space. After an introduction to the ingredients and techniques, you'll learn how to prepare and work pizza dough, understand the fundamentals of fermentation and master the process of stretching and topping your pizzas.

Throughout the experience, Chef Alessandro will share practical tips and traditional techniques while guiding you through each step. Once the pizzas are ready, you'll sit down together to enjoy the results of your work in a relaxed Tuscan atmosphere.

This experience is designed for small private groups and offers a memorable way to connect with Italian food culture through hands-on participation and shared dining.

Meeting and pickup
